Are you looking for beautiful, unique, carefully made gifts and decorations this festive season? If so, come down to the Wessex Guild of Craftsmen’s Christmas Artisan Gift Fair, taking place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November 2026 at Upham Village Hall.
Wessex Guild members are based in the local area and selected for their top quality skills, so visitors will not be disappointed with the standard of work on offer. This is not just another craft fair!
Choose from the work of 19 makers under one roof, offering a variety of craft and design, including hand-crafted jewellery in distinct styles (Emily June Pullen; Sarah May), stained glass (Linda Banks) and fused glass (Dorothy Borland), textile wall art (Sheila Barrow), cushions, bags, accessories (Helen Murchie; Elise Barkes), felted pictures (Nicky Heard), paintings, prints and illustrations ranging from highly detailed to abstract (Vicki Hunt; Jenny Morgan; Wendy Smith; Julie Weir; Vanessa Wells), original reduction lino cut prints (Jo Cheer), turned wood creations (Brian Eyley), sheepskin rugs (Stephanie Quirk), ceramics (Catherine Claasen), sculptures (Poppy Morgan), willow work (Jacqueline Rolls) and cards.
Whether you are looking for Christmas presents, decorations, to find something lovely for your home, or to treat yourself, there are items to suit all budgets.
Wessex Guild members design and create these unique artworks and homewares themselves and will be on hand to chat about their methods and inspirations.
The event will take place from 10am-4pm each day. Upham Village Hall is conveniently located next to the Winchester Road on Mortimers Lane, Lower Upham, Southampton SO32 1HF. There is plenty of free parking outside and the venue is accessible for wheelchairs. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the hall.
We look forward to welcoming you to our second Artisan Gift Fair at Upham Village Hall.
